We’re IDC Repair & Restoration, a family owned and operated business. For nearly twenty years we’ve been there during difficult times, guiding our customers through the process of restoring their home and property to its pre-damaged condition.
We started as ‘Ideal Development Concepts’ in 1998 in Suwanee, Georgia as a small local home repair and restoration business. Through strategic relationships with insurance companies we’ve steadily grown to serve all of greater Atlanta. More recently, IDC has opened offices in both Athens, Georgia and Anderson, South Carolina, allowing us to expand our service region for homeowner customers throughout Northeast Georgia and Northwest South Carolina.
For commercial property customers, our reach extends throughout the state of Georgia and the entire Southeast, to cities like Charlotte, North, Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; Jackson, Mississippi; and points in between.

At IDC, we’re a bit different. Our full-service ‘turn-key’ approach means that we’ll provide for every aspect of the repair and restoration process in a smooth and seamless way. When you request service from us, we’ll dispatch an experienced and professional IDC representative who will remain your single point of contact throughout the entire process, by mitigating the damage and securing the property; Coordinating with you and your insurance company to develop a detailed restoration plan; Ensuring the safe removal, storage, and return of your contents; And managing the full restoration of your property to the state it was in before any damage occurred.

Our 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Suwanee Georgia allows us to warehouse and restore our customer’s contents in a safe and secure environment. You’ll never be left to wonder where your items have gone. Each customer’s contents are safely packed and stored in individual containers until they are ready to be returned.
Within our facility we utilize the very latest technology to restore furniture damaged by smoke, water, and mold to a state often better than it was before. Given the depth of our on-site storage and restoration services, it’s no wonder many insurance companies call on us to specifically handle some of their customer’s high-value contents.

Beyond our equipment and facility, we know that our true advantage is our people. At IDC, we staff and train our entire team in the strictest industry standard approaches, including IICRC certification for fire, water, smoke, and contents (including certifications for mold, lead, and asbestos).
