I was put in contact with IDC for an insurance claim through USAA for some water damage after a water leak damaged my grandmother’s home. Since then, I have used them for a few other small projects, and I plan to call them for any projects or repairs we have in the future!!
Jeff Raysby (project manager) has been amazing to work with!! He’s a pleasure to talk to and has made the entire process seamless and stress free, and if you’ve ever had any major construction projects or insurance claims to deal with, then you know how rare and wonderful that is!
Wesley Francis has been the one actually completing the projects for us and he does excellent work!! He’s professional, efficient, and awesome to work with!
I highly recommend these guys and I can’t emphasize that enough!!

Todd and his crew were such a blessing during these last 4 months. Communication was on point, they were always there when they said they would be, projects were always finished on time if not before. I would like to thank IDC and their three techs that came out to do mitigation on water damage in the house. Drew, Ed, and Sergio did an outstanding job of demo, mold remediation, and clean up. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable about all they were doing. They listened to our concerns for wife’s hypersensitive mold allergies. We were able to sleep in our bedroom after treatment and thus minimally inconvenienced. No smells in the bedroom! See the Master Hall entry photo (water damage was from master bath). Convenient zipper entries on each side to isolate from rest of house. Their attention to detail is outstanding. The next morning when collecting the drying equipment, they did very thorough moisture checks and when a questionable area was noted, they removed and treated. (They could have grabbed their machines and gone on). Thank you gentlemen! I automatically chose them as the contractor for our repairs as well. OUTSTANDING! JOB WELL DONE!

First, considering the loss of life that occurred during the storm that led us to them, they demonstrated concern and compassion and patience with our grief. Starting with Shay Loftis who managed the fallen tree removal, demolition of our totaled garage and removal, storage and return of our belongings, every person was compassionate and thorough and careful. Chad worked carefully with our insurance company to make sure we got every dime we were due. Todd Dennis is project manager extraordinaire! Knowledgeable, kind, patient, pleasant and thorough he moved things along at a good pace and did a tremendous amount of leg work himself. There was never one single phone call or text that any of these men failed to answer or respond to immediately. Todd watched the work that was done carefully and with high expectations. Anything that wasn’t right, he made sure was corrected. They are all valuable employees to this company. I would trust them again without question.
